Weight loss

So I got on the Wii Fit this morning and I lost another 1.3 lbs. That brings my total so far up to 4 lbs. I am happy with it and I know that it is worth it. I am trying to switch meats up so that I don't get really bored of one meat. I bought a roast for less than $4 last night so I am thinking about cooking it this Saturday. And then I bought two thick cut ribeyes for $15. I was excited to have some new meats to eat. We are having brats tonight since Matt will be working outside and I am working intramurals at 6:30. Tomorrow night it will be elk steaks that we have thawed out. Friday will be crappie and white bass that Matt caught Sunday morning while I was doing homework. So this week we will be having a good variety.

And speaking of Saturday..... I am getting my new bow!!! My arrows are going to be gray with a pink flame wrap and the vanes are going to be two pink zebra print and one white zebra print. I can't wait!!! I will have to take some pictures taken.....

I..... NEED......HELP......

Matt and I have decided to get back into shape before fishing and lose some weight. I have a higher goal than he does (of course!) but I am also getting some help. I am taking a appetite suppresant and we are going somewhat low-carb. The first couple weeks I am wanting to cut out all carbs and then reintroduce them slowly.

This is where I need the help. I am needing some new recipes that are relatively low-carb. There are days that we will eat carbs but I am trying to do everything in moderation right now.

So Please Help Me!!!!

And for your info the appetite suppresant is working out wonderful, I am not hungry at all. I have lost 2 pounds and Matt has lost 5. Those men always lose faster and easier!!! But if you could help me at all I would appreciate it!!!

New camo purse and wallet

We went to Hunting and Tackle show on Saturday and I love looking around. We always find things that we need for a good price. I am not normally one to get excited over a purse. I spend maybe $10 on a purse on sale and the same for wallets. I just don't normally spend money on it. But I fell in love with this purse and then had to have the matching wallet. I know that they are redneck but they are soooo me. It was the first time that I spent $36 on a purse but I am absolutely in love with it!!!

An evening in our redneck life!

This is our fire pit. I know that you are wondering what it is in and have that vague feeling that it looks familiar. It is!!!! It is a washer tub with angle iron legs welded on. In Oklahoma we use everything! If the washer quits, take the tub out and slap some legs on it and you have a perfect fire pit!!! We honestly like it and I know it is redneck but we gotten it given to us from Hubby's Grandpa. I only had to stay after him for a year and a half to get it!!!

Sasha Dawn

I got this on my email and it made me think so much of Sasha that I had to show Matt. As soon as he looked at it he said "Look! It is Sasha!" My baby is a true blue schnauzer!!!
